Alliance Française de Philadelphie offers French classes all year round. We have four 10-week sessions per year during fall, winter, spring, & summer.
Our general French classes meet once a week for 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on class size and the level of classes ranges from A1 to C2. We limit the number of students in our classes to 8 students maximum.
We currently offer online and in-person classes, taught by highly qualified French instructors.
Registration for the Winter session will start on November 4th, 2024.
Sign up before November 15th, 2024 and get $20.00 off your tuition on all 10-week adult group classes.
NEW STUDENTS - We require all prospective students with previous experience studying French or living in a French speaking country to take a placement test over the phone to determine their appropriate level before registering.
We are now accepting placement test requests for the Winter Session 2024.
The placement test takes between 15-20 minutes to complete.
One of our professors will contact you directly for a quick conversation in French. They will then let you know your level and schedule
options for your course.
If you are a complete beginner (101 level) or know your level and course time please fill out the student
registration form below.
RETURNING STUDENTS - Please fill out the following registration form or e-mail us at alliance@afphila.com.
