De Baudelaire à Rimbaud, en passant par Verlaine, you most likely know these famous French poets, or at least, are able to
recognize their names. But the world of poetry is vast, and goes far beyond borders and variations. Le sonnet, l’ode,
la fable or even la chanson, is there a more diverse or richer literary genre than poetry?
Join us on January 20th for a one-day immersion class, to explore poetry from different angles. Whether you are already familiar with the
genre or not, everybody is welcome. This class will allow you to discover famous (and not so famous) French or Francophone poems from
different eras, and perhaps even teach you how to write a verse or two.
After all, you might already be a poet and not yet know it!
Six hours of work with one subject area, geared toward conversation with reviews of grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary.

LEVELS
Please choose your level upon registration.
Basic level = 104-204 (A1+/A2)
Intermediate level = 205-309 (B1)
Advanced level = 310+ (B2+) - FULL
If you have never taken an immersion or regular class with us, you will need to take a placement test to find your level.
