Opening Presentation: En Pays Cathare - Le Languedoc et sa langue d'oc

This is the second of a series of explorations of French “terroir” – a conception of land as an organism whose characteristics and products are intimately linked to the nature of its soil and the crafts of its people. A “terroir” appeals to your senses. It is a harmony of tastes, colors, sounds and feelings that are unique, exclusive and singular. This second series will focus on "Le Pays Cathare: Le languedoc et sa langue d'oc" which will be explored  by 3 different means, an opening presentation, a 5-week mini-course and a wine & cheese tasting.
